April in Chicago can be unpredictable, but our bride knew exactly what she wanted: a soft, romantic outdoor Nikkah ceremony inspired by the delicate blush of her dress, paired with timeless elegance.

We leaned into her vision by tying the outdoor setting to the feeling of new beginnings. While the trees hadn’t bloomed yet, we created that lush moment by planting hundreds of silk florals directly into the ground. Instead of traditional floral arrangements that sit above the grass, these blooms felt grounded—literally and visually. This design choice not only honored her desire for something different, but also emphasized the clean, minimal elegance of the Nikkah space.

To add to the classic aesthetic, we incorporated lotus details in the indoor setup—subtle touches that nodded to tradition while still feeling light and modern. The ceremony structure was softened with cascading white florals, and a blush palette carried through both the ceremony and reception areas for a seamless, storybook look.

This event is proof that with the right design choices, you don’t have to wait for spring—you can create your own.
